Centro Casas to hold virtual real estate auction Oct. 24
Centro Casas Subastas will hold its next property auction Oct. 24 at 10 a.m., entirely online via Zoom.
The event will feature more than 50 properties across Puerto Rico, with a portfolio made up largely of agricultural farms, land parcels and commercial buildings.
Belkys Pino, president of Centro Casas, said the offering reflects a shift toward investment and development markets, with few residences included.
“This auction represents an opportunity to acquire strategic assets in key sectors of the island, from agricultural projects to tourism and commercial developments,” Pino said. “By holding the event virtually, we make it easier for the diaspora and international investors to participate, expanding Puerto Rico’s visibility as a competitive destination for real estate investment.”
The catalog includes farmland in Orocovis, Salinas and Peñuelas, along with commercial properties in urban areas such as Aguadilla — featuring the former El Pedregal Hotel — and Manatí, with a former hospital facility.
