Claro launches new campaign celebrating connection

Claro Puerto Rico has launched a new communications campaign called “ClaroFull,” designed to show how its services can be combined for families and businesses.
“Puerto Rico is a perfect combination of races, music, flavors and personalities,” said Enrique Ortiz de Montellano, CEO of Claro. “With that in mind, we developed ClaroFull to celebrate that winning combination — as precise as a good game of dominoes.”
The campaign promotes service convergence, allowing customers to integrate mobile, high-speed internet, landline and Clarotv+ television under one provider. The company said the approach seeks to simplify connectivity for households and companies that rely on multiple digital platforms.
ClaroFull includes savings and benefits for customers who bundle services. Advertising spots feature Alexandra Fuentes, Deborah Martorell and Otto Oppenheimer in a domino match, with the consumer depicted as the “fourth player” completing the hand.
“Creating a successful combination is like playing dominoes — you have to choose the best provider for your specific needs,” Ortiz de Montellano said. “At Claro, we celebrate that special connection that unites Puerto Ricans and combines tastes, opportunities and dreams for success.”
