FinditPR joins Forward business network in Puerto Rico

A screen view of FinditPR shows property listings and an interactive map used by buyers and renters searching for real estate in Puerto Rico.

FinditPR.com, a digital platform for browsing residential and commercial properties in Puerto Rico, has joined Forward, a business community created to support economic development and cultivate local talent on the island.

The move links the real estate search platform to a network of companies tied to Forward, which was co-founded by Red Ventures CEO Ric Elías and includes organizations such as Abarca, nBeta, Nave Bank, Xtillion, Criollos de Caguas and Platea.

“We are very excited about this collaboration that modernizes and simplifies the experience of searching for a property online. Joining Forward, a community that is committed to the development of local talent, to bring back our professionals by creating meaningful professional opportunities and that contributes to the progress of Puerto Rico is a great step for FinditPR,” said Jubal Rodríguez, co-founder of FinditPR.

Rodríguez said she launched the platform with Jaime Ginorio as a university project that grew into a broader real estate tool. Rodríguez specializes in digital products and user experience, while Ginorio is the platform’s lead engineer. The site, launched in 2020, was developed in response to what the founders described as a need for a modern, reliable and intuitive property search tool for Puerto Rico.

“The idea came about because we noticed that local platforms had inventory, but lacked an intuitive experience; while U.S. platforms offered the ideal user experience but did not include Puerto Rico’s full inventory. FinditPR combines the best of both worlds,” Rodríguez said.

FinditPR has participated in programs such as the Bravo Family Foundation’s Rising Entrepreneurs initiative in 2021 and the Puerto Rico Science and Technology Trust’s Pre18 program in 2022. In 2023, Rodríguez and Ginorio were included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Puerto Rico list.

“The integration of FinditPR fills us with enthusiasm and represents a natural step because its mission and purpose are in tune with the growth and strengthening of the business ecosystem that we aspire to for Puerto Rico,” said Tony Navarro, president of Red Ventures Puerto Rico and co-founder of Forward.

“This union reaffirms Forward’s commitment to promoting the island’s economic development and supporting young and entrepreneurial talent through innovation projects that we want to see in Puerto Rico and globally,” Navarro added.

The company says the platform aims to streamline the home-search process by centralizing listings with updated information and offering tools such as interactive map searches, saved searches and email alerts.

Users can browse properties for sale, for rent and recently sold listings by region, municipality, neighborhood or ZIP code.

The site is available at FinditPR.com.
