FirstBank awards 5 entrepreneurs in 1Éxito for Business 2025 program

FirstBank has announced five winners in its 1Éxito for Business 2025 program, which offers training and resources to small and medium-sized enterprises with annual revenues of up to $1 million.
Each entrepreneur received a $2,000 award to support their business development.
The selected businesses represent a range of sectors and towns: Boricua Creando in Guaynabo specializes in floral arrangements, corporate gifts and event planning; Borihipi in Peñuelas offers yoga workshops, spiritual training and camps; Julianna Sexóloga in Guaynabo provides professional development workshops and courses; Neurona Agency in San Juan focuses on digital services; and Puerto Rico Bean to Bar in Lares cultivates cacao and produces chocolate products.
“At FirstBank, we are committed to offering tools for sustainability and empowering small and medium-sized businesses,” said Carmen Pagán, the bank’s chief compliance and regulatory officer. “Our 1Éxito for Business program provides free access to knowledge and experts, enabling these entrepreneurs to continue developing their businesses successfully.”
The program is part of FirstBank for Business, a platform that integrates financial products, digital tools and support services designed for entrepreneurs. It also offers education, networking, visibility and growth opportunities.
The bank describes its approach as long-term and client-centered, focused on adapting to the evolving needs of businesses while celebrating their achievements.
