La Rosa Realty LLC, a subsidiary of La Rosa Holdings Corp., has signed a strategic agreement with The Agency Dominican Republic to co-broker the IBIS Romana Bayahibe development and serve as the exclusive sales agent for IBIS properties marketed in Puerto Rico.

IBIS Romana Bayahibe is a luxury residential and resort-style project located in Bayahibe, La Romana. Under the agreement, La Rosa agents will have international co-broker rights while exclusively handling IBIS-related transactions in Puerto Rico.

“Puerto Rico represents a high-potential market of affluent buyers seeking premium second homes and investment properties,” said Joe La Rosa, CEO of La Rosa. “We’re not just expanding into new markets, we’re aiming at empowering our team with the tools to tap into cross-border demand and turn international opportunities into tangible, commission-based income.”

The deal includes a 360-day client protection clause, allowing La Rosa agents to receive commissions for up to a year after registering a client. Commissions will be paid per transaction.

The Agency Dominican Republic will provide expedited onboarding within 24 hours to support faster deal flow and agent responsiveness.

La Rosa said it expects the partnership to generate recurring revenue from future IBIS developments in both the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. The company also plans to implement targeted strategies aimed at Latin American and Caribbean buyers.

La Rosa Holdings operates 26 corporate-owned real estate brokerage offices in Florida, California, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and Puerto Rico, along with additional franchised and affiliated locations. The company recently began its European expansion with a new office in Spain.
