Puerto Rican app MarketSnack debuts Oct. 25

Puerto Rican entrepreneur Víctor González-Rodríguez is preparing to launch MarketSnack, a real-time intelligence platform designed to simplify the fast-moving world of options trading.
Developed in San Juan, the platform is set to go live Oct. 25. González-Rodríguez said the goal is to “democratize professional-grade market intelligence” for institutional and individual traders.
“Every day, millions of contracts move through the options market, but finding the trades that matter is like finding a needle in a haystack,” he said.
González-Rodríguez, who also heads Infusion Investments, said he identified a gap in the market for platforms that offer clarity rather than overwhelming streams of data.
“It’s like having an analyst by your side pointing out where the most important institutional moves are happening. This way, traders can focus on opportunities without distractions and act with confidence,” he said.
MarketSnack’s core feature is its ability to filter “signal from noise.” It combines real-time institutional data from Nasdaq and the Chicago Board Options Exchange with an algorithm that prioritizes trades by metrics such as premium size, expiration and recurrence.
The app provides customizable alerts, volatility and volume tracking, and instant updates on trade signals. It will be offered by subscription.
The company plans to expand with additional alert types, performance analysis and collaborative tools.
“In the long term, the vision is to become the intelligence layer for the options market,” González-Rodríguez said.
