San Patricio Plaza adds wave of new shops, eateries

San Patricio Plaza and its sister properties will add more than 15 shops, restaurants and offices by the end of 2025, continuing the Guaynabo complex’s expansion in dining, fashion, wellness and services.
At Liberty Square, the restaurant Pimentón will open its third location in a 2,800-square-foot space. It will specialize in Neapolitan pizza baked in a brick oven, along with a menu of Italian pastas and dishes in a casual, elegant atmosphere. The concept will feature an open kitchen, a wine cellar and beers on tap, including a house brew created by Ocean Lab.
Also joining Liberty Square is Temple of Oly, a luxury perfume and cosmetics boutique featuring international brands. The 800-square-foot shop will be located between Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Beamina.
At San Patricio Plaza, Japanese-inspired lifestyle brand Miniso will open a 3,300-square-foot store next to Pandora, offering collectible and home products with licensed characters. Churromanía, an international franchise known for churros, chocolates, frappés and coffee, will open a 120-square-foot kiosk in the Food Court.
Other upcoming tenants include SkinShop, a 607-square-foot wellness brand focused on relaxation and rejuvenation, to open next to Madchuck. Ace Collectors, a 1,376-square-foot ground-floor space, will feature a variety of collectibles.
Cortés Chocobar, blending chocolate into both sweet and savory dishes, will open near the movie theaters in an 80-square-foot location. Açai Express, known for its superfood bowls, will open a 120-square-foot space across from Hazel Bar.
Seasons by Caridad, a new concept by the Farmacias Caridad pharmacy store chain, opened in a 1,000-square-foot Burlington hallway space, offering seasonal products, perfumes, toys and home goods.
Inka Nails, Ceci & Sofi, and Barras Jabón Artesanal are also scheduled to open — Inka Nails as a modern nail bar, Ceci & Sofi with accessories, and Barras Jabón selling handmade soaps.
At Galería San Patricio, Ujeong Korean BBQ will open in a 3,897-square-foot space next to Bottles, blending Korean flavors with Puerto Rican elements. PashOn, featuring pashminas, kimonos and accessories, will open in a 600-square-foot location.
Grace González Jewelry, a Puerto Rican designer brand inspired by travel and Latin-Caribbean heritage, will debut in a 1,135-square-foot boutique across from Julietta. Velari Jewels, created by two young entrepreneurs, will open a 1,000-square-foot store between UnBox Style and Rebecca Montoto Salon.
Tropical Solar, a solar energy company, has opened a 1,417-square-foot office next to Tostado.
At the T-Mobile Center, several new corporate offices are moving in. DLA Piper, the global law firm, will relocate to Guaynabo in January, occupying 13,830 square feet on the 15th floor. Aegis International Insurance has moved into a 2,000-square-foot office on the 4th floor.
Argos Puerto Rico, part of Cementos Argos, will open a 2,936-square-foot office on the 17th floor. Pedro Astacio – The Financial Hub, an advisory firm specializing in insurance, finance, taxes and retirement planning, will open a 3,079-square-foot office on the 16th floor in January.
