Liberty Puerto Rico announced Tuesday that effective March 15, 2015, Google’s Google Apps ISP will stop supporting all e-mail addresses in its service, including those for the onelinkpr.net domain.

To avoid any disruptions with their e-mails, all customers who currently have onelinkpr.net e-mail addresses will start receiving a series of notifications starting on Oct. 29, the company said.

These will have instructions to help customers migrate their e-mail service to their personal e-mail addresses or create a new e-mail address account.

“At Liberty, we are aware of our customers’ needs and we don’t want them to be impacted by reasons beyond their control or ours for that matter,” said Naji Khoury, president of Liberty Puerto Rico. “Therefore, we are taking these steps to ensure that our residential and business customers can decide beforehand what they want to do with their e-mail accounts.”

In addition to these notifications, Liberty prepared a list with frequently asked questions and answers to help customers with this process. The list is available at the news section of Liberty Puerto Rico’s webpage http://noticias.libertypr.com/.
