Seven television stations operating in Puerto Rico will go dark following a recent spectrum auction by the Federal Communications Commission that generated more than $44.7 million for the properties.
After a successful auction of Puerto Rican real estate in September, John Dixon & Associates is preparing for a second round, with the Dec. 3 auction of 39 properties on the island, including office buildings, homes, retail stores, land and other properties, the company announced Thursday.
The Municipal Revenue Collection Center (known as CRIM for its initials in Spanish) will hold a public auction to sell the industrial facilities formerly occupied by Intel in Puerto Rico.
