The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce recognized Oriental Bank as one of the island’s “most outstanding companies,” during its annual convention last month.
For the fifth consecutive year, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce College Chapter will host its “Business Camp” during the group’s upcoming annual convention. The event will benefit 50 university students who will have the opportunity to visit four companies from different sectors on the island, learn their stories and interact with other young entrepreneurs.
Under the slogan "We’re all entrepreneurs," 125 young people between the ages of 18 and 22, were sworn-in as members of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce through its College Chapters committee, in an activity held in San Juan that seeks to develop an entrepreneurial attitude for the island’s economic well-being and social development.
