Bath & Body Works expediting plans to open 3 stores in Puerto Rico

Fragrance and body care retailer Bath & Body Works is moving full steam ahead with plans to make its debut in Puerto Rico, where it will reportedly open three stores, two of them before year’s end — earlier than initially announced.
