The sixth edition of the Caribbean’s most important culinary event, Saborea Puerto Rico, a Culinary Extravaganza, will take place April 4-7 at Escambron Beach in San Juan, gathering the best in local and international cuisine.
MIDA, the Marketing, Industry and Food Distribution Chamber, recently offered its members the results of a study on the situation of the industry. The study included a survey of 28 industry leaders who delved into the impact that demographic changes are having on the purchase and consumption of food.
The fifth edition of the “Saborea Puerto Rico” premier culinary tourism event is gearing up to take center stage at the Escambrón Beach once again this year to bring together the best of food and wine from Puerto Rico and the world on April 21-22.
