Chile’s former finance minister and an ex-lieutenant governor of New York will be among five panelists appearing Wednesday in Washington, D.C., to discuss how a Fiscal Responsibility Law (FRL) might help stabilize Puerto Rico’s public finances and overhaul the island’s fiscal infrastructure.
The Association of Renewable Energy Producers will host Tuesday a forum focusing on industry issues and the challenges the sector faces in Puerto Rico related to infrastructure, pricing and economic matters.
The CPA Society, in collaboration with the Center for Public and Corporate Governance at the University of Turabo, will host "The challenges of governance: proposing solutions to the crisis” forum this Friday, when a group of international speakers will share their views on the subject.
