Grupo Guayacán Inc. and Codetrotters Academy were among the 80 winners of the second annual Growth Accelerator Fund Competition announced Tuesday by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture recently granted Puerto Rico $153,345 to help rural families repair and rehabilitate their homes. The funding is included in a global $4.8 million the agency is doling out nationwide, U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced.
Pilot 151, a co-working space in San Juan whose mission is to enable entrepreneurs to create global companies in an environment conducive to productivity and innovation, was one of 50 accelerators chosen to receive a $50,000 cash prize from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
