SB Architects, with offices in California and Florida, announced the completion of its latest resort project, the Dorado Beach, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve. This is the third luxury property it has been involved with in Puerto Rico, in addition to the Bahia Beach Golf Resort in Río Grande and the Ritz-Carlton San Juan.
Less than a year after opening its doors in San Juan’s trendy Condado area, the O:live Boutique Hotel — owned by entrepreneurs Loisse Herger and Fernando Dávila — is cutting the ribbon on its “Rooftop Club,” an outdoor tapas and bar area overlooking the Condado Lagoon.
The St. Regis Bahía Beach Resort in Río Grande, Puerto Rico’s only “AAA Five Diamond Rating” recipient, closed its second year of operations with about $30 million in revenue, representing a 10 percent year-over-year growth, hotel officials said.
