Guests and visitors to the new Hyatt Place Bayamón & El Tropical Casino will be able to grab a bite at Applebee's, slated to open when the hotel inaugurates in December, officials said Tuesday.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Island Hospitality Partners, LLC, a joint venture of PRISA Group and McConnell Valdes Consulting, announced Monday the start of construction of the new Hyatt House San Juan, which is expected to open in fall 2014. The total investment in the new property to be located in the Puerto Rico Convention District in Miramar was estimated at $28.7 million.
Construction of the $38 million Hyatt Place in Manatí got underway Tuesday, when developers and government officials gathered to offer details about the property that will cater mostly to the pharmaceutical and manufacturing plants in the area.
