Wireless carrier Claro announced Monday the inclusion of nine additional Puerto Rican towns into its high-speed 4G LTE network, through which clients can reach transmission speeds of up to 50 megabits per second through their mobile devices.
Wireless competitors AT&T and T-Mobile announced expansions to their Puerto Rico 4G LTE networks, which for the latter carrier also represented adding new jobs in the area of customer service.
AT&T Puerto Rico announced Wednesday it has turned on its 4G LTE service in Jayuya, to deliver the latest generation of wireless network technology to that part of the island.
