More than 9,000 homeowners in Puerto Rico could save an average of $182 a month, or approximately $2,200 a year, on their mortgage loans as the result of the extension through 2016 of the Home Affordable Refinance Program and the Home Affordable Modification Program, federal authorities said this month.
After four years of having successfully established itself on the island, mortgage finance company Sun West Mortgage Company inaugurated Wednesday its new expanded headquarters in Guaynabo’s Maramar Square, from where it will collaborate with offices in the U.S. mainland and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Sun West Mortgage Company Inc. announced Monday it has closed 95 percent of the mortgage loans filed for apartments at the Ciudadela high-rise in Santurce.
