Plaza Carolina, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean’s second-largest mall, unveiled Thursday its new look and expanded store offering in preparation for this year’s holiday season. Reopening activities will take place all weekend and include the traditional lighting of the Christmas tree, musical presentations and special promotional events, mall officials said.
Designer Shoe Warehouse, best known as DSW Inc., will be opening its first store in Puerto Rico this year, at Plaza Carolina.
Just in time for the holidays and with the goal of keeping up with changing consumer shopping trends, Kmart Puerto Rico recently opened a new store concept in Puerto Rico called "Kmart Express," where it offers only the merchandise with more demand at regular Kmart stores.
