Touting it as the “automobile industry’s highest-selling vehicle,” Toyota de Puerto Rico officials on Tuesday unveiled the 50th anniversary edition of its popular Corolla model, which showcases a refreshed look and new features.
The Puerto Rico Senate passed legislation Thursday that exempts electric-powered vehicles from excise taxes as established by Senate Bill 884, which proposes the "Act for the Promotion of Vehicles Powered Mostly by Electricity.”
With the philosophy of “The best new cars make the best used cars,” Toyota de Puerto Rico unveiled Tuesday its Toyota Certified Used Vehicles program, to make available the same levels of quality, durability and reliability that a new Toyota offers to previously owned car buyers.
