Volvo reintroduces XC40 to Puerto Rico market
Volvo Puerto Rico has announced the return of the XC40, its premium compact SUV known for its design, versatility and advanced technology.
The relaunch follows strong customer demand for a model that balances performance and comfort, company officials said.
“Our customers expressed their desire to have the XC40 available again, and we listened,” said Nayra Alicea, sales manager at Volvo Puerto Rico.
“This model returns with the quality, design and safety that define Volvo, reaffirming our commitment to offering options that suit the diverse lifestyles of our clients in Puerto Rico,” she said.
The XC40 features Volvo’s Scandinavian styling, with clean lines, a bold grille and “Thor’s Hammer” LED headlights. Inside, it combines premium materials with functional design, including smart storage and an air purification system for a cleaner cabin environment.
Its infotainment system, powered by Google, provides voice-command access to Google Assistant, Google Maps and Google Play. The model also includes driver-assistance features found in Volvo’s 60 and 90 series, such as Pilot Assist, pedestrian and cyclist detection, and automatic braking.
