Camicissima Milano, Geox Shoes, Invicta Watches, Diventi Bella, and T-Mobile are the five most recent retailers adding their names to The Mall of San Juan’s tenant mix, this media outlet learned Tuesday. That drives the number of confirmed retailers to just short of three dozen.

Invicta Watches, owned by Florida-based Invicta Watch Group, offers an array of Swiss- and U.S.-made watches at affordable prices, as well as other men’s and women’s accessories.

Also on the list is Camicissima Milano, an Italian clothing retailer known for its traditional craftsmanship, use of high-end fabrics and attention to detail.

Geox Shoes, another Italian brand, is making its Puerto Rico debut with its line of shoes and clothing manufactured with waterproof/breathable fabrics.

Diventi Bella, a luxury fragrance and cosmetics retailer, will open the fourth store of its chain at The Mall of San Juan, in an 867 square-foot location to which it will invite customers to “become beautiful,” as its Italian name suggests. At present, Diventi Bella only has locations in Michigan, Sarasota and Miami, Fla., according to its website.

The retailers have all announced their plans for opening at The Mall of San Juan on their respective websites.

Rounding out the group is wireless carrier T-Mobile, which also plans to have presence at the shopping center, for which it is already recruiting personnel, this media outlet learned.

Sarah Jessica Parker at Nordstrom’s
As the countdown for the Mar. 26 opening of The Mall of San Juan continues, one of its anchor tenants, Nordstrom, is preparing to mark its arrival to the island with a full agenda of special events.

The schedule includes an appearance by actress and shoe designer Sarah Jessica Parker, of “Sex and the City” fame, who will be at the new store Mar. 28 to promote her Spring 2015 SJP Collection, Amy Jones, spokeswoman for Nordstrom Puerto Rico, confirmed.

She is slated to meet with customers who make purchases from her shoe collection and signing them, or granting an autograph for those who have purchased the footwear, starting at 1 p.m., Jones said.
