Puerto Rico residential property owners who have yet to register their units with the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, or CRIM, have until mid-June to do so to avoid being the target of potentially significant fines, government officials said Monday.
Religious radio broadcaster Nueva Victoria, located on the AM dial’s 1350 slot, is facing a $25,000 fine from the Federal Communications Commission for failing to keep up its end of the deal in a settlement agreement reached with the regulatory agency in 2008.
Health insurance provider MCS is expanding the scope of its Wellness Institute initiative to include more businesses looking to establish in-house programs to promote health in their workplaces. At present, there are 50 companies participating in the MCS program launched in November 2010.
