The former mansion that once housed a Chilli’s restaurant in the Condado area of San Juan has been razed to make way for an 18-story residential building called the Peninsula.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony last week at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Center here marked completion of construction on a $6 million build-out project to relocate the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) San Juan Laboratory.
Business accelerator Parallel18 (P18), announced that 40 local companies were selected to enter the pre-18 preparatory program that begins in April and will grant $20,000 in funds, among other benefits, for the development of their businesses.
