FirstBank selects nCino to transform commercial lending services

Cloud banking services provider nCino Inc. announced that FirstBank Puerto Rico has chosen it to modernize the commercial banking experience for customers in Puerto Rico, Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Sparked by FirstBank Puerto Rico’s digital transformation initiative, the focus is on elevating the customer experience with increased agility and simplicity in online commercial operations, according to nCino.

“The outcome will be a more efficient and customer-centric platform that can centralize data for reporting and portfolio management, accelerate loan cycle times and streamline processes. These innovations will also improve the lending and portfolio management process for FirstBank Puerto Rico’s employees, simplifying the loan cycle and enhancing credit response times,” the company stated.
