The 15 towns that will receive the help are Cayey, Salinas, Comerío, Guánica, Guayanilla, Loíza, Utuado, Jayuya, Adjuntas, Hormigueros, San Germán, Yabucoa, Cabo Rojo, Lajas and Ponce.
