JetBlue expands Insider Experience to San Juan to boost local tourism

JetBlue Vacations has added San Juan to its Insider Experience program, offering travelers concierge-style services as part of the airline’s expanded flight and hotel package offerings in Puerto Rico.
The program, powered by JetBlue’s travel platform Paisly, provides travelers with personalized in-destination support, including airport meet-and-greet, free hotel transfers and access to local experts for the duration of their stay.
“Puerto Rico has always been a favorite destination for our JetBlue Vacations customers,” said Jamie Perry, president of Paisly. “With local Insiders offering personalized support and great perks like a complimentary Old San Juan walking tour, we’re making it easier for travelers to explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer.”
Customers booking vacation packages to select hotels in San Juan will be greeted at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport by a dedicated local Insider who will assist with activity planning, restaurant reservations and general travel support.
The experience includes a free guided walking tour of Old San Juan, provided in collaboration with the Municipality of San Juan. The tour highlights key sites from the capital’s 500-year history, including San Juan Bautista Cathedral and the San Felipe del Morro Fort.
Willianette Robles, executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, said the expansion “reaffirms the island’s continued development as a world-class tourism destination,” while also supporting local businesses and showcasing the culture and history of the capital.
JetBlue, the largest airline serving Puerto Rico, recently opened a crew base in San Juan and continues to expand its network, strengthening its long-term presence on the island.
