A group of talented young Puerto Ricans got a chance to demonstrate their technological and creative savvy in mobile applications during the second edition of the “App Idol, Reloaded” competition sponsored by Microsoft Puerto Rico, the Economic Development and Commerce Department and the Puerto Rico Gamers Association.
