September is hunger awareness month and with that in mind, Walmart Puerto Rico recently donated a refrigerated truck to the Puerto Rico Food Bank, a nonprofit organization founded in 1988 to meet the food needs of socioeconomically disadvantaged children, the sick and needy.
Johnson & Johnson recently donated $500,000 to 11 organizations that primarily support maternal and youth preventative health programs in Puerto Rico as part of its “Partnership Program for Our Well-Being,” which is now in its 24th year in Puerto Rico.
