Puma Energy reaches agreement with EPA to clean up Capeco site

Puma Energy Caribe, LLC has agreed to clean up the former Caribbean Petroleum Refining facility in Bayamón, and address environmental conditions at 147 gas stations throughout Puerto Rico under two agreements proposed Monday by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

EPA recognizes Martín Peña Channel Project’s economic development efforts

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday presented its Environmental Justice Award for outstanding work to the ENLACE Martín Peña Channel Project, for launching a comprehensive and environmentally sustainable economic development plan for the impoverished community.
