Puerto Rico CPAs to offer CIRA certification review, exam

For the first time in Puerto Rico, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, in coordination with the CPA Society, will be offering exams to be qualified as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
