Pollo Campero, Latin America’s largest chicken restaurant chain known for its signature fried and grilled chicken and side dishes, will open its first restaurant in Caguas on Feb. 20, marking its official debut in Puerto Rico’s gastronomic arena.
The Famous Dave’s BBQ concept, which features a menu of barbequed and grilled meats, a large selection of salads, side items and sandwiches, as well as desserts, will open its first location in Puerto Rico at the Escorial Shopping Center in Carolina, franchise holder Jorge Colón-Gerena confirmed Monday.
As part of its commitment to the environment and sustainable development, Arcos Dorados, the company that manages the McDonald's brand in Latin America and the Caribbean, recently inaugurated the chain’s first ecological restaurant operating in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
