The Consumer Electronics Association officially kicks off its 2013 International CES show today, featuring a record-breaking 1.87 million net square feet of exhibit space in Las Vegas, where the latest in technological innovation will be on display.
There was never a dull moment for Puerto Rico’s telecommunications and technology sectors, which have been seemingly unscathed by the island’s economic woes. Companies continued to invest aggressively in their networks throughout 2012 to launch new next-generation products and services.
With a change of government at hand and a new year ahead, it would be interesting to dare imagine a vision of a proactive, efficient and transparent Puerto Rico, that is, the opposite of what we have today in many respects.
