The Puerto Rico United Retailers Association and the Ana G. Méndez University System signed a collaboration agreement this week through which the Turabo University School of Business and Entrepreneurship will conduct a study on the current situation of small and medium enterprises, better known as PYMES.
The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, an association of more than 1,350 educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations in 85 countries and territories, announced Tuesday that five U.S. colleges, including University of Puerto Rico at Río Piedras, have earned accreditation in business.
The Puerto Rico Convention Bureau has launched an exclusive online education program tailored to meeting planners, dubbed the “Puerto Rico Smooth Meeting University,” that includes courses on topics such as meeting hotels, the Puerto Rico Convention Center, history and culture, golf, shopping, dining and nightlife.
