Puerto Rico’s main broadband providers recently took part in the “IPv6 Workshop for Broadband Providers to begin preparing for the island’s transition to IPv6 — the next generation Internet Protocol.
Local franchisee Restaurant Operators Inc. announced Monday it has entered into an agreement with Darden Restaurants Inc. to develop and operate eight Olive Garden restaurants and a minimum of three additional LongHorn restaurants in Puerto Rico over the next seven years.
For each dollar invested in young participants of Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico’s programs, the island receives $2.86 in economic benefits, or a 186 percent return on investment, the nonprofit organization revealed recently after completing its first Social and Economic Impact Study for Puerto Rico.
