Tenants at La Oficina, a shared office space located at the Caribe Building occupied mostly by arrivals under the government’s Law 20/22 incentives programs, recently took part in an event with the Puerto Rico Community Foundation to learn about innovative ways to give back to their new communities.
La Oficina recently celebrated its first anniversary at its location at the Caribe Office Building in San Juan, where it offers private offices, workstations, and flexible virtual packages to a network of tenants, many of whom are taking advantage of the Act 20/22 Tax Incentives program.
La Oficina, a new, shared executive office space, opened its doors in the Caribe Plaza Office Building, across the street from the Caribe Hilton hotel, kicking off the project with an open house last week.
