The Puerto Rico Tourism Company and Paradores of Puerto Rico have joined efforts to provide local tourists with an $80 discount offer for hotel stays of two or more nights from Sunday to Thursday at participating “paradores” (small inns) through July 31st, 2014.
The Puerto Rico Tourism Co.’s “paradores” program recently added its 18th member, with the inclusion of the eco-friendly Turtle Bay Inn in the La Parguera sector in Lajas, the agency’s Executive Director Ingrid Rivera-Rocafort recently announced.
A new marketing plan, discount getaway package offers, and entertainment events are some of the initiatives that the Puerto Rico Tourism Company is setting off to celebrate the 40th anniversary of family-owned “paradores,” and promote and increase occupancy at the small inns participating in the “Paradores de Puerto Rico” program.
