The Outlet at Route 66 expands with new retail offerings

The Outlet at Route 66 shopping center in Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, is adding new stores and expanding its entertainment offerings.

The Outlet at Route 66 shopping center in Canóvanas is expanding its store lineup this year, adding retail and entertainment options to strengthen its role as a destination for shopping and family activities.

Capri and Carter’s are set to open between October and November, ahead of Black Friday and the Christmas shopping season.

Other recent additions include Humberto Vidal, located next to Urban Planet, and Caramelos, a kiosk offering low-sugar and gluten-free candies in front of Arcade Mania at Sector Sixty6.

Bubble Books, a bookstore, and Original Perfume, a kiosk selling fragrances, have also opened near Aéropostale.

“With the opening of these new stores, we aim to meet the expectations of our customers and visitors while providing them with an even more complete shopping experience,” said Justin Tirri, owner of the shopping center.

The mall also recently upgraded its K1 Speed indoor go-kart track at Sector Sixty6. The two-level course now includes ramps and challenging curves.

The Outlet at Route 66 markets itself as a “retailtainment center,” combining shopping, dining and recreation.
