Dot Ai secures $1.3M in orders, expands Puerto Rico plant

Dot Ai, a real-time asset-tracking technology company, said it has secured nearly $1.3 million in new hardware platform orders and will expand operations at its Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, manufacturing facility to meet growing demand.
The plant, which opened in May, serves as the company’s main production hub for its Zero Infrastructure Mesh Bridge and industrial-grade smart asset tags.
“These new orders represent another important milestone as we continue to execute on our business plan and scale manufacturing of our innovative technology, validating the long-term vision of transforming how organizations manage their assets through in-process, AI-enabled solutions,” said Ed Nabrotzky, CEO of Dot Ai.
“As we expand our Puerto Rico operations to meet this growing demand, we’re building the foundation for sustained growth and delivering on our commitment to revolutionize Asset Intelligence across industries,” he said.
The Barceloneta site is adding production equipment and hiring additional skilled workers as output increases.
Orders are coming from multiple industries, including logistics and manufacturing, underscoring the reach of Dot Ai’s platform. Its hardware and software provide real-time asset visibility and predictive intelligence designed to integrate with existing infrastructure, improve security and reduce operational risk.
Dot Ai said the Barceloneta plant is central to its manufacturing strategy, with plans to scale production to other sites. Puerto Rico offers a skilled workforce and a location positioned to serve U.S. and global markets, the company said.
