Sky Caterers wins Iberia’s Best Customer Satisfaction award
Sky Caterers, a Puerto Rican company that has been providing food to commercial airlines for more than 40 years, was honored with the “2023 Best Customer Satisfaction for International Layovers” award by Spanish airline Iberia.
The award, presented in Madrid, Spain, recognizes the quality and punctuality of meals provided by Sky Caterers for Iberia flights.
This accolade reflects the company’s commitment to quality and excellence in the aviation catering industry and its dedication to providing “products of the highest quality” to enhance travelers’ experience, said José Algarín, president of Sky Caterers, a MGI Caribe company.
“We are deeply honored to receive this prestigious award from Iberia that makes Puerto Rico shine again in a highly competitive category at an international level,” Algarín said. “This recognition is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication to delivering the highest quality products. We are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations and to remain leaders in the airline catering industry.”
In-flight meals influence passenger satisfaction, and high-quality meals contribute to a positive flight experience.
