Motorambar in Puerto Rico, which is celebrating 50 years of doing business on the island, recently celebrated the second edition of its Motorambar Charity Golf Tournament, through which it collected $40,000 that were donated to local nonprofit Hogares Rafaela Ybarra.
As part of its 40th anniversary celebration on the island, Medtronic Puerto Rico awarded $300,000 in health grants to five Puerto Rican nonprofit entities to support them in their quest to increase access to the treatment of chronic diseases in disadvantaged communities.
The Red ATH, Puerto Rico’s main electronic payments and ATM network offered by EVERTEC, recently gave $5,000 each to nonprofits Hogar Ruth and Casa de Niños Manuel Fernández Juncos, collected through its “Share a positive message during Christmas” campaign.
