The Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association disclosed details Tuesday of the “Saborea Puerto Rico Summer Party,” a new event to kick off the summer, and complement the promotion of culinary initiatives on the island, while showcasing the best in local cuisine.
Last weekend, Puerto Rico became the mecca for some 7,000 food enthusiasts who descended upon a beachfront bluff at Escambrón beach to savor the best dishes and drinks from the island’s culinary elite who gathered for Saborea de Puerto Rico.
Food enthusiasts from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean will be able to take a bite out of the island’s best dishes this weekend, during the 6th edition of the Saborea Puerto Rico culinary fest, which will feature a constellation of local and international chefs.
The fifth edition of the “Saborea Puerto Rico” premier culinary tourism event is gearing up to take center stage at the Escambrón Beach once again this year to bring together the best of food and wine from Puerto Rico and the world on April 21-22.
This weekend, the eyes of the culinary world will be on Puerto Rico, with the start of Saborea Puerto Rico: A culinary extravaganza! For the fourth edition of the event, 55 local and international chefs as well as 60 local restaurants will gather on the beachfront Punta del Escambrón, in San Juan, to enjoy a weekend of food, drink and cooking exhibits.
The fourth edition of Saborea Puerto Rico “A Culinary Extravaganza” will once again return to the Escambrón Beach in San Juan, from April 1-3, when a full lineup of local and international chefs will showcase their talents.
