1st Kia ‘Platinum Dealer’ certified in Puerto Rico

Kia Motors Corporation recently granted the Automax dealership its “Platinum Dealer” certification, making it the first Kia Motors dealer in Puerto Rico to obtain this recognition.

Kia Motors Corporation awards the distinction to only 50 dealers worldwide, in a total of 172 countries where the brand is sold, which have demonstrated the most comprehensive operation and compliance with the Korean manufacturer’s global standards.

“As a Kia distributor in Puerto Rico, we are proud that one of our dealerships is recognized with this award as it demonstrates the commitment we have as a brand and partners to deliver excellence and quality that translates into good service to our customers,” said Abiezer Rodríguez, commercial director of Kia Motors Puerto Rico.

To nominate candidates, Kia Motors Puerto Rico developed the “Kia Champion” recognition program, to evaluate each dealership’s operations based on local and global criteria. During the first year, the program recognized Automax as “Kia Crown Champion.”
