Telecom carrier Claro officially cut the ribbon on its newest customer service center in Guayama, to provide attention to customers in Puerto Rico’s central and southern regions.

The center located at the Plaza Guayama mall offers services related to mobile and fixed telephone lines, Internet, and ClaroTV. Customers will also be able to: buy wireless phones, computers and tablets, pay or review their bills, get advice related to new technologies, reload minutes, renew services, make equipment guarantee claims, access technical services, and subscribe to additional services such as text messageing, multimedia, Internet and mobile roaming.

The new center also features “areas of expertise” — a concept where customers have the opportunity to test products and equipment before purchasing them.
