Arcos Dorados ranked 4th ‘Best place to work’ in LatAm
Arcos Dorados, parent company to the local McDonald’s chain, moved up in the survey.
Research institute Great Place to Work released the ranking of the companies that have created a consistent and trust-driven workplace across national borders. Arcos Dorados was ranked fourth, up two places from last year.
“At Arcos Dorados we feel really honored by this acknowledgment of our good employer culture. Being among the top five companies to work in Latin America is a major achievement, particularly because we are proud of having the largest first-job offering for young people,” said Luis Raganato, president for Caribbean Division at Arcos Dorados.
The results were obtained from surveys of more than 3.5 million employees working at 2,200 companies throughout the region. Among the top-ranked companies, Arcos Dorados has the largest number of employees: more than 95,000 people.
One of the key drivers of the company’s positioning is the additional score provided by a majority of respondents on the payroll of the countries where we operate, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Arcos Dorados is the largest McDonald’s franchisee in the world, with more than 2,000 restaurants in 20 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico.
