Emprendimiento101 coworking space opens in San Juan

A new coworking space in San Juan offers a fresh approach to how local entrepreneurs collaborate and grow their brands. Emprendimiento101: Co-Working has officially opened on Jesús T. Piñero Avenue with a concept focused on flexibility, visual identity and a strong support network.
Founded by entrepreneur Jean Marcel, the 2,000-square-foot space represents an investment of more than $25,000. What sets it apart, he said, is a personalized approach to the work environment.
“Instead of neutralizing the space, we designed it to amplify each brand’s identity,” Marcel said. “Emprendimiento101: Co-Working was born from the need for a place that celebrates local entrepreneurship, fosters genuine collaboration and creates shared value among businesses that, although different, are committed to growing together.”
Current tenants include startups such as LICK, Sipi Soda Co., Synergy, Stefan Digital, Vértice, Bleucco and MC Estudio. The space serves as a workplace and collaborative hub for its tenants.
Among its amenities is Vértice, a professional photography studio that offers services for product shoots, portraits and digital campaigns. The studio is open to both tenants and external clients. Other features include parking and flexible rental plans for freelancers, startups and growing businesses.
According to the company, Emprendimiento101 offers a “new model of business collaboration in Puerto Rico — where the growth of one brand contributes to the success of the whole community.”
