Puerto Rican firm Fusionworks Inc. recently became the first on the island and the Caribbean to become certified by software giant SAP as a “Partner Center of Expertise,” the company announced Monday.
“This certification, which fills us with satisfaction, assures our customers the support and infrastructure that Fusionworks provides when working closely with SAP is the best in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, and that our team of experts are their partners in knowledge to achieve excellent results,” said Jorge Mejía, founding partner of FusionWorks Inc.
The certification means that Fusionworks has reached and exceeded the required service level for this business platform, that its support team has been available at all times, that its handling of incidents has been excellent, as well as the level of systems maintenance offered to customers.
“SAP is the largest enterprise software company in the world. It is a German company known for its great structure and discipline,” said Mejía. “This certification was a new requirement for partners, established to ensure the best customer service. The bar was set very high.”
“Fusionworks accepted the challenge and succeeded. Puerto Rico benefits from this achievement, because part of the revenue that used to leave the island will now stay with us and generate jobs,” said Mejía, who along with Leslie Luciano and Luis Santiago founded the company in 2002.
