Hilton Worldwide to host military hiring fair in San Juan

Founded by World War II Veteran Conrad Hilton, Hilton Worldwide has a long standing history of hiring veterans, and has taken on the task of hiring 10,000 veterans over the next five years.
“Hilton Worldwide understands the exceptional training, critical skill sets and proven talents veterans possess, which is why the global hotel company is actively seeking 10,000 veterans to join the mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company,” the company said in a statement issued Thursday.
As part of that effort, the hotel chain will host a job fair Feb. 24 at its Hilton Condado Plaza property in San Juan.
“Puerto Rico area veterans, active military and military spouses have been invited to attend a presentation about Hilton Worldwide and the variety of [local] career opportunities,” the company said. “The company’s recruitment team will be onsite for individual conversations about current openings and opportunities in all of our area hotels and corporate offices.”
The event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and requires RSVPs to [email protected], to reserve a space.
