Car sales held “under the tent” are an attractive concept for consumers in Puerto Rico, and now Popular Auto is allowing luxury car buyers to experience this virtually.
Popular Auto Online Deals is a virtual event that simulates a physical sale where nine dealers will participate to liquidate more than 400 units. The event runs through Jan. 16, 2017.
“The goal is to increase the number of applications and generate new sales volume for Popular Auto luxury vehicle dealers,” said Antolín Velasco, president of Popular Auto.
Through the initiative, visitors can click on the website to browse through the inventory provided by dealers Eurojapón, House of Imports, Bremen, All Brand Auto, Garaje Isla Verde, Flagship Volkswagen, Lexus de San Juan, Villa Victoria and Ambar Infiniti.
The client can a search by model, price and dealer. Available models are from 2012 and newer, and include new and used luxury European, Japanese, and American cars. The sale includes financing offers both in leasing and loans, exclusive to the participating dealers.
“Innovative projects in the industry, such as the ‘virtual tent,’ have allowed Popular Auto to remain successful in difficult times for Puerto Rico’s car industry,” Velasco said, noting that “during the past years, within a market that is compressed, we have achieved sustained growth and it is thanks to the fact that we are dedicated to providing convenience and service to our customers.”
