PAR Technology lands $5.2M subcontract in P.R.

parPAR Technology Corporation announced Thursday that its subsidiary, Rome Research Corporation, has been awarded a $5.2 million subcontract from Delta Solutions & Strategies, LLC of Colorado Springs, CO to provide operation and maintenance of the USAF Air Combat Command High Frequency Global Communication System – Puerto Rico Station (HFGCS-PRS).

HFGCS-PRS is one of 13 worldwide high-powered, high-frequency stations that make up the USAF’s Command and Control network, the company said.

“We’re pleased that the United States Air Force has selected the Delta Solutions Team to provide these mission-critical telecommunications services,” said Matthew Cicchinelli, president of PAR’s Government Business.

“PAR’s experience and extensive knowledge in performing these services were significant factors in the award decision. We look forward to supporting USAF’s HF Global Communication System mission,” he said.
